Thrive Beyond Birth" is a mental health support group for moms in the 4th trimester (0–12 months postpartum), offering a compassionate space to process the realities of early motherhood guided by a trained therapist. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, isolated, or simply in need of connection, we’re here to help you feel seen, heard, and supported. Through shared stories, expert guidance, and peer encouragement, the group will walk with you as you begin to heal and thrive — beyond birth.
Intended for: Moms in the 4th trimester (0–12 Months postpartum)
When: Tuesdays 5:00-6:00 PM
